Get ready to wet your whistle and make sure your tipping skills are primed as a craft beer bar coming to Mt Lawley.

The boss at the Scotto has made the Caboose his personal project, and all the boys behind the bar have had their input and awoken their inner beer nerds.

The result? Caboose is a chunky, wood-filled, masculine, dark, unpretentious and comfortable space with a new beer garden out front, because every man cave should have a beer garden!

What beer and eats will Caboose serve?

One definite starter beer will be Anderson Valley Briney Melon, however there will be 12 taps of highly rotational craft beer (at least once a week) and there will also be a strong focus on local craft beer – making Caboose the perfect place to broaden your beer taste and knowledge.

Caboose will also have an upcoming collaboration beer with Boston Brewing, allowing Caboose to create their own masterpiece of beer. 

There will also be Take Away Growlers for those who are still a bit thirsty or want to simply grab some of their favourite craft beer off tap to store at home. Rumours have it that there will be a take away growler and toastie mid-week special!

Food-wise as you would expect in any man cave they are keeping it simple and lad – think toasties, meats, cheeses and fried chicken.

Caboose will be opening mid-December.
