Variety of Chefs is an exclusive event celebrating beautiful food, all to help Variety Western Australia.

July 29th, guests will enjoy pre dinner drinks, oysters from the ‘Oyster King’ Jerry Fraser; Experiences from celebrity chef Colin Fassnidge, Perth chefs Pete Manifis, Stephen Clarke (Clarkes of North Beach), Sean Marco (Executive Chef Crown Towers & Conventions) and Hadleigh Troy (Restaurant Amusé)

The Variety of Chefs is an annual sell out event that brings chefs to the stage to share their culinary secrets and immerse diners in the ultimate fine dining experience with a captivating degustation.

Funds raised from the night will help Variety provide practical equipment and experiences for Western Australian children who are sick, disadvantaged or have special needs, empowering them to live, laugh and learn.
