Enter through the fridge door to find a world of live music and beers.
It may look like a simple convenience store on the outside but hidden inside is a secret bar pumping out live music, late-night burgers and plenty of beer- all you have to do is open one of the fridge doors and step inside.
Convenients has popped up in the heart of Northbridge as part of the ever-growing bar scene and will be home to all things rock. Behind the bright lights outside you’ll find a cozy, dimly lit bar with neon lighting throughout and amazing local talent taking to the stage.
If the upcoming gigs don’t get you excited enough already you’ll be happy to know they’ll be serving up a delicious signature range of dirty burgers and local beers on tap including some Feral Brewing. You can keep your wallet happy as well with great weekly deals including two-for-one burgers on Tuesdays, $20 burgers and pints on Wednesday’s and happy hour everyday from 7pm-8pm.
The brains behind it all is venue owner Matt Hatton- director of Mad Hatter productions and a passionate promoter of local music. Convenients will be Perth’s only live-music venue constructed mainly by musicians with members from Murderbirds, Gyroscope Childlike Empress and a few more helping the vision come to life.
Check out their Facebook page for all the upcoming gigs- you better get in quick before everyone else catches on.
Where: 35 Lake Street, Northbridge
