Langford Park, near Jarrahdale, is one of Perthā€™s most popular mountain biking destination for beginners and advanced riders due to the gradual hills and fast, flowing singletrack. 

Langford Park Trails

The Spine (0.5km): Easy trail that provides access to and from the trail loops. Lovers Lane (1.4km) The old fire trail takes an easy route through the forest. Perfect for anyone new to mountain biking.

Woodleyā€™s Loop (4.4km): Fantastic, free flowing trail with good mix of fast descents and easy climbs.

Reflectors (0.7km): Some of the best riding in Jarrahdale. This loop is perfect for night riding with reflectors to lead your way.

Buttonā€™s Fall (0.7km): A great fun, slightly technical trail that links up to The Fox trail.

Watch Your Head (0.7km): Great single track that provides fun flowing access to the Yellow Brick Road.

The Fox (4.1km): Great trail for light and technical riding through the forest. Incorporates some of the best fast flowing riding in the Jarrahdale area.

Yellow Brick Road (5.1km): A long flowing loop trail taking you along the outskirts of the park. Combine with Woodleyā€™s Loop and The Fox for the longest ride in the park in a range of landscapes.

Bibbulmun Track: The Bibbulmun Track is one of the worldā€™s great long distance walk trails, stretching 1000km from Kalamunda in the Perth Hills, to Albany on the south coast. Passing through Dwellingup the trail is easy to explore in shorter sections of course.

Len Howard Conservation Park: On the edge of the Peel-Harvey Estuary in Mandurah (Erskine), Len Howard Conservation Park has excellent bird watching opportunities. Take the Erskine Nature Trail along the foreshore and observe wildlife on the water from bird hides and lookouts.

Lake Clifton Thrombolites

Take a walk at Lake Clifton.

Situated less than 30mins drive south of Mandurah youā€™ll find Lake Clifton and the Yalgorup National Park ā€“ home to the largest thrombolite reef in the Southern Hemisphere. Thrombolites are living rock-like structures that have formed on the edges of Lake Clifton, and are best viewed from the boardwalk.

After taking in the sights of the thrombolite reef go for a stroll with a 5km, 2 hours return walk trail that explores the eastern shoreline of Lake Clifton and is suitable for most ages and fitness levels.

Drakesbrook Weir

Drakesbrook Weir is hotspot among locals for picnics on the grass and also ideal for swimming, canoeing, bushwalking and fishing. The crystal clear waters are refreshing and the surrounding bushland is tranquil.

Lane Poole Reserve

Forest-cloaked valleys and meandering waterways make Lane Poole an enchanting place to visit and its close proximity to Mandurah ensures its popularity.

Lane Poole is ideal for a relaxing dip, or you can even get a bit more adventurous with a SUP or canoe down the Murray.

There are also camping facilities on site, making this a perfect place for a weekend nature getaway.

Enjoy the Serpentine Falls rock pool with the waterfall flowing down from the 15m granite rock face.
