Songbird

The Ritz-Carlton, Perth is celebrating Australia Day with a barbecue inspired menu and live DJs at Perth’s hottest new rooftop bar – Songbird.

The live barbecue station will be serving up the finest Western Australian produce on the outdoor terrace with a special a la carte menu available to order on the day. With Grilled Fremantle octopus, chorizo potato and salsa verde, Mottainai lamb sausage, sheep’s yoghurt and spicy marmalade,  and grilled Berkshire pork skewers with green pawpaw salad on the menu, it is a true celebration of quality local ingredients for Australia Day.

The Executive Lounge

The newly opened rooftop venue, The Executive Lounge is opening the doors for a pre and post fireworks event on Australia Day – January 26th.

Punters are able to come in from 3pm and enjoy some live music and the magnificent 360 degree views of Perth’s CBD.  They can then wander across to the foreshore for the display, or stay on the balcony for the duration of the event.  The $20 per person entry fee will be donated to help those affected by the fires and includes a drink on arrival.
