Smith’s Beach is one of our favourite spots to hang out in the South West, but there’s a point where some of the villas and apartments all seem to blend into one.

What’s it like?
The stunning pods are designed for a maximum of two people and are built to be delightfully cosy.
Don’t get us wrong though, that does not mean they’re cramped as you can see by the photos above there is definitely more than enough room.
Not to mention with the huge double doors that open out onto the hill make the space seem huge, bringing the outdoors within.
The ground floor is made up of a dining area, spacious kitchen, bathroom and lounge, while upstairs you’ve got a queen bed and a huge window to look out onto the spectacular view.

Don’t worry, you’re not trading away the closeness to Smith’s Beach. Barn Hives is located just a few minutes up the road.
In place of the coastal views, you’ve got the experience that’s in the name. Rustic farmyard, rolling hills, forests and vineyards surround you.

Besides the quiet and serenity, you get to feel like you’re on a pristine farm… without doing any of the work.
