Begin at Whipper Snapper with a private tour of the distillery as you sip on three whiskies made from 100% West Australian grains all while discovering the process of how to ferment, distil and mature grains into whiskey.

You’ll enjoy a Crazy Uncle moonshine, Barrel aged & Upshot at Whipper Snapper before heading to your next stop.

A private charter to Varnish on King will await you as you then head to one of Perth’s most awarded small bars.

Here you’ll be greeted with a Moonshine & Apple on arrival.

Then after it times to feast – Varnish on King will serve up some of their most popular dishes;

  • Bourbon Maple Chicken Wings
  • Berkshire Pork Chop
  • Black Onyx Beef Brisket
  • And of course Varnish’s signature Mac n’ Cheese
