WA’s Top Chefs are putting down their knives and their rivalry to come together for this year’s Breast Cancer Care WA’s Long Table Lunch.
Headed up by Chase Weber, Head Chef of The Standard in Northbridge, it will be the first time chefs of this calibre in WA have come to produce an innovative and creative five course meal for such a worthy cause.
WA chefs include:
- Frasers – Chris Taylor
- Bob Rawlins – Innovations Catering
- Luke Foyle – Bivouac Canteen and Bar
- Evan Hayter – Arimia Estate
- Chase Weber – The Standard
- Peter – Balthazar
- Morgan Keyte – Mosmans Restaurant
- Patrick O’Brien – Hospitality & Trades West Coast Institute
This year’s signature fundraising event will be held on Sunday 3 April, with all funds supporting Western Australians affected by breast cancer.
Guests will be treated to the ultimate luncheon; a five course menu delivered by top WA chefs, with WA produce that is supplied of the highest quality and free flowing, award winning wines.
The day will celebrate the strength and resilience of those affected by breast cancer. Breast Cancer Care WA hope to raise $300,000 so they can provide free personalised emotional, practical and financial support to everyone who needs their help.
