The snag is coming back!
It was the straw that broke WA’s back when the COVID-19 pandemic took away our beloved Bunnings Sausage Sizzle. But, the good news keeps coming for WA as restrictions ease and venues and events continue to open – the Bunnings Sausage sizzle will be back by the end of July.
While other states may have lucked out with $20 Jetstar flights
Bunnings chief operating officer Deb Poole released a statement on The West on the return of the beloved snag,
“We know people are missing our community sausage sizzles and we are working on a careful plan to bring them back in places where restrictions have eased.”
”We are consulting with governments and our charity partners to ensure we bring them back in a way that’s safe for everyone.
“We hope to have them back up and running in WA towards the end of the month pending final checks and consultation.”
I guess I will need to go down to Bunnings at the end of the month for a hammer…
With the return date set for the Bunnings Sausage sizzle, this will be welcome news for many charities and sporting clubs who rely on funds raised from Bunnings sausage sizzle days.
