Just as the sky is a playground for the birds, Songbird rooftop bar at The Ritz-Carlton Perth will be a playground for the punters.
The most important part of any bar is the drinks menu and in particular, when you are opening a brand new Perth rooftop bar the cocktails need to be on point.
While it might be Perth’s newest and most luxurious rooftop bars, cocktails at the Songbird won’t be sky-high.
The initial Songbird cocktail menu will see signature cocktails served up from $18 for a Native Peach – Old Young’s Vodka, Bénédictine, quandong earl grey, crème de pêche, peaches and citrus.
Gin lovers of Perth will be treated to cocktails such as the Lemon Myrtle at $20 with The West Winds Sabre, honey and lemon myrtle. Also, the Bottlebrush which is a mix of vodka and gin from $21 featuring Old Young’s No.1, Giniversity, aromatised wine, bottlebrush, wattleseed and lemon myrtle.
The most expensive cocktail on the menu will set you back a respectable $24 for the Honeyeater with Kyro Napue, Amaro Montenegro, wattle seed, quandong and citrus. Or treat your tastebuds to the Desert with Del Maguey VIDA, saltbush, Adelaide Hills Dry Vermouth, desert lime and fennel.
