Hosting a stall or just looking for the best place to get your election day snack?
The site maps both booths with a sizzle, and those with the distressing ‘no sausage here’ status, to help users have the most delicious voting experience possible.
Senior sausage analyst, Annette Tyler, encourages voters to report in on their local booth on election day:
“You can send us booth reports on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram, message our Reddit account, or submit booth information directly via the democracysausage.org website. Our service wouldn’t exist without all of the wonderful volunteers out in the field, snagging freshly-grilled data for the site”.
If that wasn’t enough in the lead up the big day, sausage watchers can expect the Democracy Sausage team to provide sausage sizzle trivia, world-class sausagelytics, and insights into some of the fantastic community causes stalls are fundraising to support this election day.
