Perth Favourite Harvest Boulangerie Opens New Store in Mosman Park

A cult-favourite French bakery is bringing croissants, sourdough, and Parisian flair to Perth’s Western Suburbs.

The scent of freshly baked baguettes is heading to the western suburbs, as Perth’s beloved French bakery, Harvest Boulangerie, opens the doors to its brand-new location in Mosman Park.

After earning cult status in Scarborough with queues often spilling onto the street, the family-run boulangerie is bringing its signature Parisian charm to Glyde Street, much to the delight of croissant lovers this side of the city.

“We’ve had such an incredible response to our first location,” says owner Manuel De Freitas. “We’re really excited to expand to Mosman Park and bring an authentic French offering to this part of town.”

Everything on the menu is made fresh daily on-site — from rustic sourdoughs to buttery pastries like Danishes and Eclairs — crafted with a commitment to both authenticity and sustainability. The bakery proudly uses WA produce where possible, including Eden Valley organic flour and WA Golden Free Range eggs.

Adding even more finesse to the kitchen is newly appointed French master baker Benoît Velluet, who has joined the team directly from France. Renowned for his expertise in organic baking, Benoît will oversee production quality across both locations and lead the rollout of a full range of organic breads.

To mark the opening, Harvest Boulangerie is hosting a French-themed launch party and you’re invited.
