The team behind Hillarys Beach Club and Bar Olé Iluka are heading further north, with Ryan and Nikki Esqulant preparing to open the doors to their latest venue, Yanchep Beach Club.
Due to open in late November 2025, the 600-square-metre venue is currently under construction in Capricorn Estate and will seat around 300 guests. With a sweeping alfresco space, carefully designed interiors, and uninterrupted views across the Indian Ocean, it’s set to make its mark on Perth’s northern dining scene.

Amalfi Coast meets Yanchep
Taking cues from the Amalfi Coast, the venue will bring a sense of coastal sophistication to Yanchep. Interiors have been curated by co-owner Nikki Esqulant, featuring natural timbers, exposed brickwork, and coastal tones that balance elegance with laid-back charm. At the centre of the space sits an eight-metre marble bar, complemented by a wrap-around alfresco designed to make the most of Yanchep’s oceanfront setting.
From morning coffee to evening cocktails
Group Executive Chef Steven Finch, who has shaped the food offering at Hillarys Beach Club, will lead the kitchen. His menu is set to include Italian-inspired coastal classics alongside modern pub favourites. A private dining room for up to fifty guests will cater for intimate celebrations, while a daily takeaway kiosk will open from 7:00 am for beachgoers chasing coffee and light bites.
Trading seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Yanchep Beach Club is designed as an all-day destination for both locals and visitors.
A hub for the northern suburbs
The new venue will employ around 100 locals, including 20 chefs, with a major recruitment drive planned for October. For Ryan Esqulant, the local response has already been encouraging.
“We can’t wait to bring an incredible experience to this sensational community and stunning location overlooking the Indian Ocean,” he said. “Many Yanchep locals have already visited Hillarys Beach Club to get a taste of what’s to come, and we’re so excited to finally bring it to their doorstep later this year and become involved in the community.”
Yanchep Beach Club is set to open in November 2025 within Capricorn Estate, Yanchep.
