Eagle Bay Brewing Co Launches New Beer In Time For Summer

Eagle Bay Brewing Co’s crisp new West Coast Pilsner meets Dahl Daddy’s mouth-watering parathas at Mane Liquor’s exclusive Pilsner & Paratha Pop-Up — bringing summer vibes, craft beer, and bold flavours from Margaret River to Osborne Park.

Beer lovers and foodies, get ready! On Saturday, November 23rd, Mane Liquor in Osborne Park will host a summer-inspired Pilsner & Paratha Pop-Up, bringing together fresh flavours from the Margaret River region and beyond. Eagle Bay Brewing Co, known for its handcrafted brews, is set to launch its latest creation, the West Coast Pilsner. This hoppy, easy-drinking lager lands just in time for the West Australian summer, boasting a tropical, clean, and bright profile with a 4.5% ABV. We’re calling it the perfect new sidekick.

To celebrate, Eagle Bay has teamed up with Dahl Daddy’s, a South Asian-inspired eatery from Margaret River. Known for their vibrant parathas — flaky, layered flatbreads filled with local ingredients and housemade condiments — Dahl Daddy’s will serve up an irresistible menu tailored to complement the new pilsner. From 12 noon until 3:00pm, guests can enjoy free beer tastings, lively conversations with the Eagle Bay team, and a menu packed with flavourful surprises, including dishes featuring Western Australian Dhufish and customisable condiments. Expect good times and the occasional giveaway.

The West Coast Pilsner is brewed and canned onsite at Eagle Bay Brewing Co, a family-owned operation established in 2010. Situated on a sprawling property overlooking Cape Naturaliste, Eagle Bay’s brews are made in small batches using just four ingredients — rainwater, malted barley, yeast, and hops — all powered by solar energy.

Meanwhile, Corey Rozario and Imogin Mitchell of Dahl Daddy’s have earned a dedicated following at the Margaret River Skate Park with their Curry Canteen. Their rotating menu, influenced by Burmese, Thai, Malaysian, and Indian cuisines, focuses on fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

“This pop-up is a chance to bring a little taste of the South West to the city, and we’re stoked to pair up with Eagle Bay Brewing Co for it,” Mitchell said.
