The Long Neck Brewery at Point Frazer is the newest addition to Perth’s burgeoning urban brewery scene.
It’s no secret that we love a beer here at So Perth. So when we heard word of a new brewery in town – crack the tinnies and raise them to the heavens as Perth’s first craft brewery on the water, The Long Neck Brewery, officially opened to the public today.

Named after the elegant WA emblem and their distinctly long necks, Long Neck Brewery pays homage to the iconic black swan, their (obviously great) home state, and their unique locale.
Taking over the old Ku De Ta site at Point Fraser, Long Neck has been touted as the go-to destination for anyone who’s keen on great craft beer, trending seltzers, a crisp cider, a mean feed, and views to boot.
Not only does the venue boast free-flowing beer and uncompromised views of the Swan, but they’re also one of the few venues in Perth that can say they have drive-in boat access. Yes, that means you can pull up at Long Neck for a refreshing pint mid-way through your leisurely Sunday river cruise.
What a treat!
But, there’s more to this riverside brewery than just adult fun.
Feel free to pack the whole family into the car and bring them on down to the brewery for an afternoon if family-friendly fun. There’s live music and DJs on the cards for the evening, and plenty of space for the kids to run about during the daylight hours. The little ones have even got their own short and sharp food menu to chose from.
