Think effortlessly cool Italian spritz bar, boasting oh, so, European, endless summer vibes. And it’s set to take over Dandelion for a hot minute.

Launching on December 6th, Ciao Dandy promises a season of bold coastal Italian flair, bright colours, and the irresistible charm of la dolce vita. Think vibrant umbrellas, Mediterranean hues, and a spritz bar transporting you straight to the glorious Sicilian Coast.

The fare

In the kitchen, Parker Group Head of Culinary Brendan Pratt and Dandelion Head Chef Matthew Payne are bringing you a taste of coastal Italy, with fresh seafood, handmade pasta, and shareable bites perfect for retail pitstop grazing, or a balcony lunch with the crew.

The vibe

The vibe? Fresh, flavourful, and designed for those long, lazy lunches with a spritz in hand. And for the little ones? A menu exciting enough to keep them sat in one spot.

The drinks

When it comes to cocktails, Elise Godwin, Distiller of Dandelion’s own gin and vodka label, Fine & Dandy, has created a stunningly comprehensive spritz lineup, along with a shaken, fizz, and no and low cocktail menu inspired by the Mediterranean coast.

If you’re craving a respite from Christmas shopping madness, you’ve just found it. Whether it’s a festive get-together, a chic afternoon catch-up with the girlies, or the ultimate summer day out with that special someone, Ciao Dandy is the place to be this season.

Bookings are now open but get in quick, because this Italian coastal dream won’t last forever. Buon appetito!
