Nourish and Feed: Australia’s First Healthy Drive Through Opens In Ascot

Nourish and Feed is bringing healthy and wholesome food to its newest venue in Ascot.

Australia’s first healthy drive-through, Nourish and Feed, opened its fifth venue in Ascot on Monday, August 12th. The new space on Great Eastern Highway is a prime location for commuters grabbing a coffee on their way to work, as well as those picking up breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Nourish and Feed is not only about providing wholesome and healthy menu options for people on the go. But also centred around reconstructing the food system and future of food, particularly when it comes to what is considered “fast” or “convenience” food.

The Ascot venue includes a drive through and dine-in café which has been designed by Perth-based commercial interior design studio, Best & Co. It features the brand’s signature green colours paired with warm timber tones.

Founded by Dane, Sarah, and Hannah Haylett-Petty in 2015, the concept has always been simple. To nourish their communities by providing convenient access to healthy food allowing people more time and energy to lead healthier and happier lifestyles.

What to expect? Think fresh, local, and seasonal menus created by acclaimed Chef George Cooper — from Tiller Farm — and Head Chef Chelsea Taylor, who make everything from scratch in their Osborne Park kitchen and deliver fresh to the stores each morning.

Nourish and Feed’s Ascott iteration will maintain the same menu as Duncraig, Bayswater, and Kingsley, which includes a delicious selection of salads, wraps, toasties, smoothies, housemade cold-pressed juices, coffee, and açaí bowls.

The best part? Everything is available through the drive-through or via the app for a quick pick-up. There’s also Uber Eats for delivery.

“For us, Nourish and Feed is more than just the food itself, it encompasses the produce and products we use, ensuring we reduce our carbon footprint, reduce waste, recycle, and do our bit for the environment,” Dane Haylett-Petty said.

“We are a sustainably conscious business, using local farmers and suppliers, sustainable packaging, and waste initiatives. We strive to provide our local community with the best quality meals to leave them feeling their best.”
