It’s not just the looks of the Vic Park Hotel that has had a makeover.
For those looking for a bite to eat prepare for a flavour-packed menu curated by head chef Andre Nunes.
His Brazilian roots are reflected in the fusion menu centred around grazing and grilling all with a signature Vic Park Hotel flavour.
On the new Vic Park Hotel menu, you can expect Margaret River wagyu, Brazilian style, grilled tiger prawns, chimichurri to Prawn & Lobster Roll with wild-caught Australian lobster, brioche, iceberg, caper & dill mayo.
The menu has something familiar and something new for everyone.
Upon re-opening, sports and entertainment will be of focus with a calendar of live entertainment, family friendly activations and a highlight of sporting celebrations. The extended new sports bar is agreat place to catch all the action from your loved games, with multiple large screens to ensure you don’t miss a thing.
New function spaces will also offer up the perfect setting for celebrations.
As an added bonus, four-legged friends are also welcome in the beer garden.
“We’ve positioned the venue to be the cornerstone of the community, whether you’ve got kids or fur kids, want to watch the game or celebrate a special event, or just come for a casual meal. We’ve created a space where all can feel welcome and enjoy great food and drink. Designed for everyone and all occasions.” says Joe Baily, AVC State Manager.
