Roll up for Perth’s next big thing as The Beaufort sets to open its doors this March
A brand new multi-tiered, state-of-the-art $10 million venue like nothing you’ve seen before from the award-winning team behind The Old Synagogue opening its doors this March? Yep, we’re pretty excited.
The Beaufort is set to burst onto the Perth food and drinks scene in unbelievably stylish fashion as three levels jam-packed with multiple venues are rolled out for us to explore. The project has revived a huge 1950s warehouse space along Beaufort Street in Mount Lawley, and it’s one of the most hotly anticipated arrivals this year.
Here’s what you can expect:
Three Levels Of Fun
You’ll be hard-pressed to find something you don’t enjoy here with three levels boasting a multitude of different spaces.
It’s got everything from a leafy rooftop terrace to a dazzling dancefloor, a hidden speakeasy, a mouth-watering restaurant full of modern south-east Asian treats, and an outdoor beer and wine garden overlooking the buzz of Beaufort Street. Sheesh- that’s a lot to process, let’s dive in a bit more.
At the very top you’ll find the breezy Candy Bar, serving up cocktails aplenty for the ultimate sundowner drink and relaxed hang out zone.
Also at The Beaufort, you will be able to head downstairs to bust out your best moves on the dancefloor among a tiered jungle of lush greenery.
If you look a little harder you’ll come across Cypher, a hidden speakeasy serving up quirky cocktails with one of the largest spirit collections in Perth alongside intimate live music each night.
The groups Executive Chef Leigh Power has teamed up with Chef Sundoo Kim (the master behind the likes of Chin Chin in Melbourne) to form the ultimate foodie dream team set to bring a modern, south-east Asian wonderland in a unique share style menu that will have your mouth watering.
Outdoor Beer and Wine Garden Strip
Whether it’s a cheeky after-work drink or leisurely weekend catch-up, the outdoor beer and wine garden is definitely our next stop to sit back and watch the world go by with a drink in hand.
The development is set to open this March 2022, and although we don’t have a specific date to lock in just yet you can bet we’ll be anxiously awaiting our first visit here.
