1. The Broadway Eatery

This gem earnt its name after the famous Broadway strip between Nedlands and Crawley, which is home to some of Perth’s finest cafes and restaurants.

Eggs benny, biscoff buttermilk pancakes, and mushroom medley on toast are some of their delicious menu options. They also have a super cute coffee nook where you can grab a drink and snack if you’re in a hurry.

2. Boubar

Boubar is a humble little cafe tucked away on Nedlands Hampden road, and although it’s small in size they are whipping up some mighty meals.

Community is at the heart of Boubar and you can feel the love (and smell the good food) as soon as you walk through their doors. It makes for the perfect place to sink in some vitamin D with their outdoor seating whilst sipping on a berry smoothie and chowing down on their Belgian Waffles.

3. Little Way

Where do we start with Little Way? You simply have to visit this one-stop-shop and cafe that boasts an interior that almost rivals their food.

Sit under their vine-covered alfresco dining area during summer or cosy up next to their wood fire during winter. They’re open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so you can make your way down at any stage of the day – but our top menu pick is their smashed pumpkin bruschetta on their breakfast menu.

4. Rocketfuel Coffee Roasters

A favourite for locals and a must on our list of best cafes in Nedlands – Rocketfuel Coffee Roasters is a drive-through and dine-in cafe with delicious menu options and short wait times.

If you’re looking to find a place to stop in before work for that much-needed pick-me-up then Rocketfuel might be your new fave. Their menu ranges from freshly made juices, veggie brekkie wraps, their big brekkie bagel, pesto chicken panini, and their own batch of freshly roasted coffee beans.

Located in the heart of Nedlands on Princess road, Caffe Latte is a true winner if you want classic breakfast options.

6. Santi’s

Santi’s is somewhere you wouldn’t know existed unless you lived close by, so it’s usually packed with locals enjoying their to-die-for brunch menu.

Pesto eggs, berry honeycomb pancakes, mushroom bruschetta, and smoked salmon zucchini corn fritters are just some of the delicious plates you can choose from. It often gets super busy in the mornings with cyclists, so we’d recommend sleeping in and going a little later.

7. The Tenth State

Just across the road from The Broadway Eatery and technically a resident of Crawley, this cafe was too good not to mention – and what’s the difference of 20 metres?

Taking the crown as the trendiest cafe of the area with fresh fruit and veggie deliveries plus North Street Store cinnamon scrolls, this uber cool spot is for sure worth a visit.
