A new future for the CBD

The development of the Perth CBD has historically been built on an east-west alignment. Elizabeth Quay returns the city’s focus to the river and – together with Perth City Link, Yagan Square, the Perth Cultural Centre and a range of other public and private developments – extend the CBD north- south. These landmark projects are expanding our city’s grid and adding density to our CBD to create a more connected, vibrant Perth.
