Hosted by Adam Collet from School of Wine, this exclusive Old & Rare dinner celebrates the producers that have defined Australian Shiraz on the world stage. Across six extraordinary wines from Torbreck, Henschke and Penfolds, enjoy a three-course menu designed to match some of the country’s most legendary bottles.
