Paul & Paolo: Exploring Great Southern Flavours

For one night only, two of WA’s best chefs are joining forces to showcase the flavours of the Great Southern. As part of Plateful Perth, Print Hall Executive Chef Paolo del Monte and Fervor’s Paul ‘Yoda’ Iskov will share a kitchen for the first time, serving up an intimate dinner at Small Print inspired by the produce and landscapes of Albany (Kinjarling) and Denmark. Expect marron and crab, kangaroo with wattleseed, quandong, seaweed and samphire, with native WA ingredients taking centre stage throughout the menu. Each course will be paired with wines from boutique Great Southern producers, making for a one-night-only celebration of the region’s incredible food and wine. With limited seats available, this is one for Great Southern produce fans and serious foodies alike.
