West Coast Hoedown Throwdown: Scarborough’s Coastal Cowboy Sunday Session

Cowboy culture has officially made its way to the coast, with a brand-new Sunday session landing at The Lookout Scarborough.

West Coast Hoedown Throwdown is transforming the beachfront venue into Perth’s first coastal cowboy experience, combining country-inspired fun with Scarborough’s iconic ocean views. Running every Sunday through to mid-November, the weekly event will feature live music from Emily Joy, line dancing with the Cherry Steppers, a bucking bull, flash tattoos by Main St Tattoo, DJs, themed food and drinks, and weekly prizes for the best dressed.

Entry is free, with cowboy boots encouraged. The first Hoedown Throwdown kicks off on Sunday 19 July from 2pm, with the party continuing into the evening. Expect sunset sessions, plenty of dancing and a Sunday session like no other.
