It’s all starting to come together as Boston Brewing Vic Park nears its opening.

Boston Brewing Co Vic Park will be opening soon!

Hot off the announcement of Pirate Life Perth setting up a brew pub in the city there has been a fresh update from Boston Brewing for when the Vic Park brew pub will be open for business.

Not long now at Vic Quarter.

If it keeps going to plan we will be open for December.

The very important beer lines are going in.

The brewers are hard at work to bring a special brew to life for the opening of Boston Brewing Co in Vic Park.

As for what we know so far about the venue?

There is still quite a lot of mystery about the venue, however, after reaching out to Boston Brewing Co this is what we have learned about the exciting new venue.

Boston Brewing Co will be bringing a touch of Denmark to Victoria Park at the end of November if everything goes to plan.

Our aim is to have a face for Boston Brewing Co in Perth for those people that can’t make it down to our home in our beautiful town of Denmark.

So what about the beer you ask?

With 24 taps downstairs and 8 on our Mezz level, Boston Brewing Co will showcase all of their beers on tap and also their special releases (as seen above with a collab brew with Bright Tank).

As for the rest

I’ts not just all beer and games though – offerings from Willoughby Park Wines will be available bringing the taste of the Great Southern wine region to prominence.

The venue will be warm and inviting with a mix of wood, brick and terracotta tones with a splash of colour.

There will also be a fireplace that hugs the mezzanine stairwell which will showcase degustation dinners, beer events and tap takeovers as well as playing hosts to catered business lunches, Christmas parties and birthday celebrations.

As for the eats – the menu will move slightly away from the general pub meals with a focus on pairing dishes to beers and using beer as an ingredient – yes literally beer food.

Local produce and products from the Great Sothern will feature on the menu and will cater to dietary requirements such as coeliac, vegan and vegetarian.
