Isle Of Voyage Elizabeth Quay has been open for one week.
It is the latest restaurant to join the waterfront precinct and accompanies The Reveley and V Burger Bar.
The owners come from a highly regarded hospitality track record after running the hugely popular Voyage Kitchen Sorrento for many years.

The West Australian Government paid $11 million for closing, dismantling and relocating the heritage-listed Florence Hummerston Kiosk from its former location on the Esplanade. Many of you will remember long boozy business lunches in it as the Emperor’s Palace – happy times pre GFC.
The interior as you can see is beautiful set out with native plants and ample natural lighting making for a pleasant backdrop to the stunning and sweeping panoramic views of the Quay and City skyline.
The Isle Of Voyage Menu states it is in its infancy, and a more permanent offering will feature in time. For now, it is a solid choice, comparable to what you would expect to see on it’s sister business Voyage Kitchen Sorrento Menu.

Food is served for breakfast, lunch and dinner with no main exceeding $30. If you takea look at their 14 page menu you will see – for now- indeed no main exceeds $29 with the Blackwood Valley Organic Roasted Sirloin topping the high end of expense for mains. Spiced Free Range Chicken served with Red capsicum, chilli, fig and preserved lemon sauce ($28), Grilled Ocean Trout ($28) served with Shallot, currant, chilli, coriander, fennel seed, parsley salsa or Cherry Tomato, Goats Cheese and Basil Tart ($23) with shortcrust pastry and homemade tomato chutney round out half of the options available to order as a main.
Here are some items from the Isle Of Voyage breakfast menu:
The ‘Isle’ Breakfast Selection ($21) – Coconut and cranberry granola, smoked salmon and egg bruschetta, pea and kale croquette, Romesco sauce.
Pea and Kale Croquettes ($19.50) served with Romesco sauce, poached eggs, kale, edamame beans and lemon.
Ocean Trout and Herb Omelette ($22.50) served with house-marinated feta and mixed herb salad.
With pasta, salads, oysters, and chicken liver parfait to share, Isle Of Voyage is a contemporary food selection in a historic venue. They have a strong Australian/NZ and European wine list from $42 a bottle, ranging from John Kosovich’s 2014 Cab Sav (Swan Valley) at $67 a bottle to Jean Luc Mader’s 2013 Pinot Gris (Alsace, France) $75 a bottle. With fortified wines, ports, cocktails, tinnies, bottles of beer and cocktails jugs, there is an abundance of quality options to choose from -all 14 pages- and there is no doubt in my mind that Isle will go forth and have a hugely successful voyage at Elizabeth Quay.
