C Restaurant will close on January 31st, 2027, taking away our only revolving dining room with 360° views of Perth.

The Level 33 restaurant at the top of St Martins Tower on St Georges Terrace slowly completes a full rotation every 90 minutes, which has made it a go-to spot for anniversary dinners, proposals, and many other special occasions over the last 25 years. It has also amassed a strong collection of Gold Plate awards throught that period.

The closure makes way for a $240 million redevelopment of the St Martins Centre, which will turn the site into a 240-room hotel with a pool club on the podium overlooking Hay Street Mall, keeps the heritage-listed McNess Royal Arcade and Bridal House, and cuts a new pedestrian link through from St Georges Terrace. When the plans were lodged in January, the application allowed for a premium hospitality venue on Level 33, so we may see a new venue open in the space once the redevelopment is complete.
