Leederville’s newest restaurant and bar yard opens its doors

The major Leederville redevelopment is in full swing, and it’s just revealed its best-kept secret- the opening of a new restaurant and bar yard Servo.

A place for a sensory tune-up, Servo will be joining the multi-venue food, drink and entertainment precinct to serve up breakfast, lunch and dinner as a spot where you can roll in for a quick fix or stay for a full overhaul.

It will take inspiration from the industrial nature of its tenancy, featuring a genre-less menu with one mission: serve up all-day dining for any occasion.

Step into a world of culinary blends with explosive creations like rigatoni tikka masala with buffalo ricotta, cheesesteak carpaccio, endive and apple coleslaw with chorizo crumbs and chilled snake beans with sesame and quinoa to name a few.

Of course, you’ll need something to wash it all down. The bar will be serving up a fresh, colourful and vibrant menu of cocktails old and new, funky local wines and seasonal spritzes.

But they’re not done yet.

Come late September, Servo will extend its offerings with a Servo Kebab and Servo Yard Bar.

Servo Kebab will take inspo from local food trucks, grilled meats and vegetables, the BBQ movement and the universal holy grail of meat wrapped in bread- because there’s nothing better. It will be slinging out feeds for everyone from workers grabbing a quick bite through to late-night partygoers in need of a beer soaking feed.

Servo Yard Bar will take on the classic yard bar with a Leederville twist transforming into a meeting place for all in the heart of the precinct.
