H&M Perth Store to Open
Update: The Sunday Times reports Australia Post vacated the site Friday, to make way for the H&M store fit out.
Fashion retailer H&M will open in Perth City, with a newly renovated space at Perth’s General Post Office building, the West reports.
The Swedish retail brand has signed a 10-year lease that will see it taking up three floors of the heritage building at Forrest Chase.
The store will be the second H&M location in Perth, with H&M Joondalup established in 2015.

Perth City is now home to major international retailers, including Zara, Topshop and many others.
H&M has a similar setup in Melbourne’s CBD, taking up space in the Melbourne GPO building on Bourke Street Mall.
The store is due to open in November.
