Executive Chef Daniel Fisher and Head Chef Liam Atkinson will set the tone with their dynamic menus and concepts. Taking influence from international cuisine and techniques and applying them to local ingredients and produce.

The Deck

KU DE TA’s main bar will provide a casual dining space to enjoy its all day menu. Starting with a contemporary breakfast from 7am, guests will be able to dine on an Italian inspired menu from midday until late. The menu will feature family friendly dishes designed for sharing including modern antipasti, house-made pasta and pizzas cooked using an authentic Italian Pavesi pizza oven.

Guests will enjoy fresh seafood and charcuterie from a raw and cure bar alongside Modern Australian inspired sharing plates using hand selected local produce. Open for dinner every night, plus lunch Friday – Sunday, guests will be able to sit at the large oak tables or along the bar and kitchen counter to watch the chefs in action.

Dining moves to a more a la carte style, in a relaxed yet chic environment. Expect a playful and ever evolving menu experience offering consistent produce but surprising guests with fresh flavor representations. Dark stone, charred oak and metallic finishes will create a sophisticated setting to this contemporary dining room.

Dining will be open for dinner every night and lunch from Wednesday through to Sunday.
