Lights Out #letsdance is hosting a fun-filled 1 hour ‘Dancing in the Dark’ event in support of Mental Health Week.

Lights Out #letsdance Monday night session will be a fundraiser, with 100% of all proceeds from the night being donated to Beyond Blue.

You’ve all heard the saying ‘dance like no-one is watching’, well here is your chance, as Lights Out #letsdance is in complete darkness!

You can wear what you like and dance how you feel in this unchoreographed session in the dark. Dance for yourself, by yourself, letting go of your cares and worries as you get lost in the music.

With great tunes from the 80’s to now, this is purely about time out for you, and with no instructor and no one watching you can really be yourself!

Dancing is such a joyful and uplifting form of exercise and has many positive benefits for mental wellbeing, health and happiness.
