Another shocking shark attack off Perth, this time at Mindarie.
We have a serious situation on our coast, with another death from a shark attack in less than a week.

A woman has died after being attacked off Mindarie today.
She was diving off the coast near Mindarie Sunday morning, when the shark attack happened.
Surf Life Saving WA reported on Twitter there was a shark sighting about 1km off shore - about half an hour later reports said a woman had died.

The West and WA Today report the woman was rushed back to shore for treatment by emergency responders, but could not be saved, she had passed away from her injuries.
On Tuesday, surfer Ben Gerring was attacked by a great white off Falcon (near Mandurah) - he sadly died Friday night at Royal Perth.
A crowd funding campaign has been started to help his family.
