French-inspired bistro in the Perth Hills, Mistelle at Hainault Vineyard opens Friday 12th October.

Mistelle set to open the 12th of October will offer a relaxed French bistro dining experience in the Bickley Valley, 35 minutes from the Perth CBD.

Overlooking the picturesque Hainault vineyard, Mistelle will be serving up dishes inspired by classic French cuisine, while working within a modern Australian setting.

Mistelle will soon launch the avocado deck and lawn with a more casual offering of shared plates and bites alongside wines from the estate, craft brews and cocktails on tap – beau (beautiful).
