Pax + Co proving healthy food can also be delicious.
The food philosophy is simple – eat healthily, and strive for great taste and flavour. “There’s no health fads here, I won’t compromise on taste, the food is healthy, but it has to be delicious” Celine explains. “I know there are many mums like me with young families, and they want to feed their kids the most nutrient-rich food they can while they’re growing.”
How Pax + Co came to be
Mount Lawley resident Celine Wong lost both her mother and her father-in-law to brain tumours. Through a specialised health diet and treatments, her father-in-law was able to live over five years longer than his doctor originally predicted he would live for. This combined with having her first child, propelled her to open up a restaurant where she could provide nutritious and nourishing food for the community, to help them live a healthier life.
Pax + Co Menu
The seasonal menu will showcase delicious, well-balanced meals, appetizing drinks, barista-made coffee and decadent (but healthy) desserts. The ethos is that food should be nourishing, fresh from the source, and prepared to enhance its best qualities.
Not to mention Pax + Co cater for even the smallest customers with meal options for your bubs. Yes that’s right meals such as baby porridge, baby vanilla yoghurt and even a baby tasting plate consisting of cheese, avocado, strawberry, blueberry and banana.
Not just a community restaurant, Pax + Co aim to provide a place to feast with friends and family, but also hope like-mind people and groups will call it home for their gatherings too.
