Perth has experienced it’s second COVID-19 breach in just over a week.

Another person has allegedly escaped hotel quarantine, potentially putting hundreds at risk of contracting the coronavirus.

Last night a coronavirus breach occurred at the Northbridge Hotel with the venue being shut down immediately.

Once police arrived at Hotel Northbridge on Friday night patrons were initially told they could not leave.

They were then later told to leave their details with police as they lined up to leave the venue, but they were advised to go home straight away, self-isolate and get tested for COVID-19 as soon as possible.
