The revitalisation of Yagan Square continues to boost vibrancy in the Perth CBD, with new family-friendly markets launching this November.
From 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm every Thursday in November, Yagan Square will be transformed into a bustling marketplace with more than 35 unique stalls showcasing talented creations from local makers.
There will be a range of offerings for visitors to explore, from jewellery and art to clothing and handcrafted homewares — as well as food and beverage offerings from Yagan Square businesses including Stories, The Shoe, Gangnam Korean BBQ, Hiss and Smoke, and Street Eats.
In addition to the market stalls, talented local musicians will enhance the bustling market atmosphere with live performances.
“Markets in the Square not only supports local artisans by showcasing their talents in a central city location, but the event series provides an opportunity to drive more foot traffic and vibrancy into our city,” Lands Minister John Carey.
“Yagan Square continues to grow as a key destination in our city, bringing people together through vibrant family-friendly events and experiences. I encourage people to get down to Yagan Square and explore these new markets in November.”
