The waitlist is open for Moulin Rouge! The Musical hitting Perth in 2023.
Theatre fans, movie fans, and those just looking for an entertaining night out – prepare to be wowed by Moulin Rouge! at Perth’s Crown Theatre in February 2023.
With a reputation that precedes itself, the 10-time Tony Award-winning musical sees Baz Luhrmann’s revolutionary film come to life on stage remixed in a new musical mash-up extravaganza that is currently wowing audiences across the globe, and Perth is next!
Following the recent opening of the Sydney season, The Sydney Morning Herald wrote “You don’t just
go to see Moulin Rouge!, you enter its world.” Time Out wrote, “Moulin Rouge! The Musical is every
bit the ‘spectacular spectacular’ fans have waited for, bursting onto the stage with the same visual
splendour and captivating music that made Baz Luhrmann’s film such a hit.”

Tickets go on sale to the public on Thursday July 28th, but you’ll also have a chance to nab them early with pre-sale tickets available to waitlist members from Monday 25 July.
The cast
With director Alex Timbers at the helm, a stellar cast is what we can expect to see.
Newcomer Des Flanagan stars opposite the sparkling diamond Alinta Chidzey as bohemian dreamer Christian, Simon Burke AO plays legendary club impresario Harold Zidler and Andrew Cook will play The Duke. Montmartre’s resident artistes include Tim Omaji as Toulouse-Lautrec and Ryan Gonzalez as Santiago. The club’s famed entertainers known as the ‘Lady M’s’ will be played by Samantha Dodemaide as Nini, Olivia Vásquez as Arabia, Ruva Ngwenya as La Chocolat, and Christopher J Scalzo as Babydoll.

Sign up by Sunday 24th of July for priority access to tickets from Monday 25th of July through the priority waitlist at moulinrougemusical.com.
General public tickets will go on sale Thursday the 28th of July exclusively through Ticketmaster.
The ticket pricing will start from $69 + booking fee, and for those wishing to be surrounded by the action, a small number of ‘can-can’ table seats are available at every performance.
