Ice skating returns to Perth.
If you’ve ever dreamt of a European après-ski experience, dream no more – Skating At returns to Perth this winter with its signature ice rink, entertainment, icy-cool rides, and delicious food and drink options.
The festival runs from the 28th of June to the 21st of July and is the place to be if you’re looking for a fun-filled family day, a night out with friends, or a little romance by the ice for you and your date.
With over 100,000 attendees in 2018, Skating At Festival is set to impress and attract large crowds across their six picturesque locations including Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Mandurah.
Located at the gorgeous Elizabeth Quay in the heart of Perth is the iconic undercover ice rink.
Whether it’s your first time on the ice, or you’re a skater from back in the day – this is sure to be the highlight of your winter months.
Skating details
Each session is 45 minutes long and includes skate hire. If the little ones need some help balancing, or simply want to glide across the ice on a Kangaroo’s back – Kanga the skate-aid will be there to make their experience an enjoyable one.
Winter activities
Attendees can also grab onto a snow tube and enjoy a thrilling, ice slide down The Runway.
Kids can also climb to the peak then have fun sliding down the Powder Peak inflatable slide. They can also bounce like a Kanga in the Cloud Castle jumping castle. Skating At has something for everyone.
Winter Markets: Eats and drinks
If food is more your thing, The Winter Market offers a range of winter warmers from around the world, or you can cosy up at the Alpine Bar and indulge in their signature drinks.
You can observe the rink and rides from afar, or purchase tickets to join in on all the fun.

Tickets Details
Ice rink tickets are $24 for adults (14+ years), $16 for children (13 years and under), $10 for children (3-4 years) and $74 for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). $15 for 1 hour unlimited ride pass.
