Forbes Top Travel Destinations - Perth

Exciting things are happening Down Under – especially in Perth.

When it comes to overseas’s travel love it’s no secret that Melbourne and Sydney get most of the international attention, so when we see that Perth cracks Forbes top 14 destinations for 2019 – it’s kind of a big deal for WA.

Forbes has highlighted Perth above our east coast competitors referencing our most recent urban developments as a draw card.

“Exciting things are happening Down Under, thanks to an array of recent urban development in Western Australia’s capital. Last year saw the grand opening of Yagan Square (part park, dining destination, art display and transportation hub) and the 60,000-seat Optus Stadium.”

Partner key urban developments with marquee globally recognised events such as the foodie fest Western Australia Gourmet Escape which will expand from Margaret River into the Swan Valley and Perth for a 10-day culinary celebration (November 8-17) in 2019.

Throw in a few of Australia’s best beaches for good measure and there is no wonder Perth has cracked a mention with some of the world’s top travel destinations.
