Perth weather – from the hottest day in August to a wet spring.

After the ultimate winter’s day in Perth breaking the hottest day in August record, Perth weather forecast will now see us having a very wet start to Spring.

While Perth is well known for our stunning and never-ending blue skies, it seems we can expect the opposite with at least 6 consecutive days grey skies and rain for the week ahead.

Friday and Monday are also a chance of a thunderstorm in the afternoon/evening for good measure.

Those hoping to head outside for Father’s Day celebrations on Sunday might have to rethink plans with the forecast for 100% chance of rain, most likely in the afternoon.

While the rain looks like it is here to stay, it seems the cold morning are easing as we enter spring with the majority of the nights around 10-12C – at least making mornings slightly more bearable.

Fingers crossed Perth gets all its rain out of the way before Thursday’s blockbuster AFL final allowing West Coast to take on the Bombers in perfect footy conditions.
