#perthmarketing TIP

Many businesses I chat to don’t have a marketing plan in place. They are either not doing any marketing at all or they haven’t considered how their current marketing activities are aligned to the business’ objectives or what these activities are meant to achieve. You must have a marketing strategy in place and a plan of how you’re going to achieve this strategy. Spend some time to focus on matching your marketing activities to your business’ strategy and formalise your ideas into a plan. Use our formula to develop a marketing plan for your business.
