Fragrance Group propose a new skyscraper for Perth.
Standing at 62 storeys and 249.5 meters, the new development from Singapore’s Fragrance Group would be the tallest building in Perth by half a meter.
If the $100 million project is approved by the City of Perth, the skyscraper will be built on the site of St Andrew’s Church on St Georges Terrace.
The St Andrew’s Church will be restored and converted to a restaurant, while the skyscraper tower containing hotel and service apartments will be built to the rear of the site.
