What we know so far ahead of The Ritz-Carlton Perth Songbird Rooftop bar opening on 15th of November is that it’s going to be impressive and have one of Perth’s best views.
Executive Chef Jed Gerrard and Bar Manager Eoin Kenny have worked in harmony to create a native botanical-inspired menu for The Ritz-Carlton, Perth’s rooftop bar and lounge, Songbird.
The striking bar and lounge will offer an informal grazing menu that is influenced by local produce from both the sea and land.
Barbecued meats, fresh seafood and seasonal produce will be complemented by thoughtfully creative and refreshing cocktails and the finest local spirits, craft beer and wine to give rise to a dining experience rivalled only by Songbird’s unique rooftop location against a sweeping backdrop of the Swan River and city skyline.

For that added touch, Songbird’s signature drinks will be served with large blocks of ice carved to order. A number of cooking techniques including sous vide and pressurisation will be used to impart complex flavours.
One of the country’s most anticipated hotel openings, The Ritz-Carlton, Perth will offer 205 well-appointed rooms, including 19 magnificent suites, The Ritz-Carlton Club, The Ritz-Carlton Spa and 2,000 square metres of meeting and event space.
