Scottmorrison .com.au – Someone just purchased PMs Website for $50
An internet troll has pulled off one of the most brazen acts in Australian internet history.
Somehow, purchasing the domain of this week’s Prime Minister of Australia, Scott Morrison.
It appears that as of a few hours ago, ScottMorrison.com.au was been taken over and is now a basic WordPress website.
Scottmorrison.com.au now has a Myspace style autoplay of the major theme song form the 2000’s teen move, EuroTrip.
Yes, you read that correctly.
According to Melbourne based Twitter user Tom Taylor, a TV producer and author, the site was purchased for $50 after “the Prime Minister forgot to renew his website and it expired today.”
“Some guy bought it for 50 bucks,” Taylor said.
“Now it just plays the punk song, ‘Scotty Doesn’t Know’ by Lustra.”
Scotty doesn’t know that me and Fiona do it my van every sunday!
Taylor tweet late Thursday night, 18 October 2018.
Apparently, the Prime Minister forgot to renew his website and it expired today.

A search of Twitter shows that a user, Jack Genesin, a Melbourne based SEO specialist had claimed the activity.
Jack’s post from his personal Facebook page has since gone viral on Facebook.
