Information for Bluff Knoll snow chasers

Bureau of Meteorology forecast that this could be the best snowfall in the Stirling Ranges in years.

For the snow chasers, you might not have to get up as early this time with reports suggesting that there could still be flurries of snow mid-morning and the cold wind predictions should see the snow stay until the afternoon.

Also, hikers might not have to climb to the summit of Bluff Knoll to experience the snow as the snowfall is predicted to reach further down the ranges than usual.

Those attempting to climb Bluff Knoll are encouraged to wear appropriate warm gear, walk in a group and be aware of reduced visibility.
