The wettest ever February day? 25-years-ago exactly
Today marks 25th anniversary of Perth's wettest

Rain and wet conditions are creating chaos on our roads; with early morning traffic conditions made worse by some Perth drivers reacting poorly to the slippery conditions.
Cancelled Festival Event
Events that typically take place in open air have been cancelled.
Organisers – who can be almost certain there will be no inclement weather in February – have had to scramble to change events.
The Chevron Perth International Arts Festival event had to be cancelled because of the downpour.
The rest of the state is copping the rain pretty bad as well, with waterways filling up rapidly as rivers and creeks overflowing in northern parts of Western Australia
