Not to worry, the restaurant is open for a la carte lunch Thursday to Sunday or visit on a Monday to take part in an innovative dining experience, ‘No Waste Mondays’. There is no set menu; instead you will receive unique creations produced from ingredients left on hand from the weekend along with fresh produce from the onsite vegetable and herb garden.
