Staff Room is a group show of contemporary artworks by staff and postgraduates of the School of Design and Art at Curtin University.
Edward Millen House will be open. The exhibition will allow people to explore this heritage listed piece of architecture (that is closed all year) and the opportunity to visit this once Maternity Hospital formerly known as Rotunda Nursing Home.
For many years Staff Room Exhibition has been hosted by many galleries and provides a diverse cross section of art and design practice with the greater community of Perth. The School of Design and Art has been the starting point of a majority of successful state, national and international artists that have come out of Western Australia. Eg. Abdul Rahman Abdullah, Abdul Abdullah, Rebecca Bauman, Taryn Gill, James Angus to name a few.

The exhibition is also a terrific opportunity for anyone wanting to study art and design to talk to qualified and experienced educators.
