PERTH, WA: Following a hugely successful launch in 2014, attended by more than 16,000 food lovers, Taste of Perth in partnership with Electrolux returns for its second year to the stunning outdoor setting of Langley Park, Perth for three days this May 15th17th.

Taste of Perth in partnership with Electrolux is a celebration of Perth’s unique and progressive fine-dining scene. Over three indulgent days you will rub shoulders with Perth’s top chefs and like-minded foodies as you graze through your dream tasting menu designed by Perth’s latest, greatest and hottest restaurants.

This year’s festival will host 50% more restaurants, with hot NEW additions to the restaurant line up Mary’s and Asado joining last year’s festival favourites – Print Hall, Lalla Rookh, Bib & Tucker, Bistro Guillaume, Nobu, Silks and el PÚBLICO.  Each restaurant will fashion 3-4 exquisite signature dishes in ‘taste’ sized portions, allowing you to create your dream tasting menu at the ultimate restaurant festival.

In between dishes, guests can enjoy a wide range of stalls from local artisan producers and wineries, live music and entertainment, take part in hands-on interactive cooking classes, expert wine tastings, educating table talks or visit festival attractions including:

  • Discover the secret cooking techniques from some of Perth’s finest chefs at the Electrolux Taste Theatre. The festival has sourced Perth’s favourite local and regional chefs so visitors can get up close and personal. With four free demonstrations per Taste session, it’s the perfect blend of inspiration and fun.
  • Danish butter brand Lurpak has held its position as the most delicious premium butter for over a hundred years. They’re hosting the Lurpak Cookery School where they’ll teach you how to weave your magic in a series of 30 minute cooking classes.
  • And, the Platinum Garden Bar is the brand new premium offering at Taste of Perth in partnership with Electrolux, providing an exclusive enclosure where platinum visitors can enjoy a private bar whilst enjoying live music, sipping sparkling and soaking up the festival atmosphere.
