After a successful first year, The Kartel is back to take over Elizabeth Quay for the Perth summer.

The Kartel will return to Elizabeth Quay in all of its South American – American inspired glory just in time for the silly season, on Friday 6 December.

Situated again scenically between our stunning Swan River and jaw-dropping city skyline, there is no better spot to sip an iced cold beverage and indulge on delicious bites curated specially for Kartel.

This summer the team at The Kartel are introducing the Good Samaritan Policy – which allows revellers to save while they drink and feel good about it.

The Good Samaritan Policy

“The Good Samaritan Policy discounts $1 off your drink after your first, if you use the same environmentally friendly biodegradable cup to refill. How could you not feel good about drinking when you’re saving money and the environment at the same time?” Carl Leembruggen, Operations Manager, Three Pound Group.

What drinks can you refill with?

The drinks menu boasts a delightful selection of frozen margaritas, mixed cocktails, domestic wines, loads of local breweries to fulfil the line-up and our very own Kartel cerveza on tap.

Pair with delicious eats

Pair those refreshments with epic bites designed by Executive Head Chef, Ben Keal. Think roast pork belly with kimchi tacos, crispy chilli coated tiger prawns with avocado and coriander, loaded fries, and chargrilled chicken tostadas. If meat isn’t your thing, there’s plenty of scrumptious options.

“Being South American and American inspired, there’s plenty of flavours to work with, especially those with dietaries. We have items for vegans, vegetarians, gluten free, such as the tempura haloumi burger, chargrilled zucchini salad with citrus yoghurt and pomegranate or good old nachos. Best thing is there’ll be a taco cart with five different types!” Ben Keal advises.

Whether you’re looking for a midday drink with your pooch, a sundowner with colleagues or a night out with mates – Kartel will hit the spot.
